Europe Delivery – We now ship to all EU destinations - For all orders under 150 EUR there are no additional duties or taxes to pay and your item will be shipped direct to your shipping address.
PLEASE NOTE: We will always aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times you may experience a slight delay in dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date. We do not dispatch on weekends or National holidays.
Are duties and taxes included in my order price?
Please be aware that some international orders may be liable to import taxes, duties, and custom charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charges once the package has been shipped from our UK studio.

Do you require a Signature on delivery?
Some delivery services may require a signature on delivery. With Covid regulations many delivery services are now operating a contactless delivery service.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service.
How do I cancel or update my order?
Please email email@example.com and we can handle this for you! Try to email us before 1pm GMT so we can insure that it is changed before we ship your order out. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot make changes to it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, email firstname.lastname@example.org
If your delivery has been delayed (7 days UK Standard Shipping / 21 Days International Standard Shipping) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package as much possible. (amend as appropriate)
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost. – delete as appropriate
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.
