 Neon Leo

Making slow fashion stylish. Empowering women with rental and preloved fashion. Neon Leo is a local rental and preloved fashion store located at 7 Market Row, Saffron Walden. Their mission is to help women elevate their style through sustainable fashion choices. When you enter their store, you'll be greeted with a beautiful selection of trendy clothing (from daily basics to exceptional event wear) sequins, glitter balls, amazing art and much more.

Customers can rent clothing (from Rixo, Queens Of Archive, Kitri, Sleeper, etc.) for a one-off event or sign up for an ongoing monthly membership. Unlike other rental platforms, Neon Leo is starting as an Essex and Cambridgeshire communal wardrobe where customers can try on items at their Saffron Walden store before renting them. Aside from renting clothes, Mandy and Abi also provide an on-trend curated edit of preloved clothing, shoes, and accessories in inclusive sizes (4-22) available for purchase. They also offer one-to-one styling advice and support in a welcoming and positive environment. Visiting the store is something any fashion lover will want to experience.

58 and CO is a multi award-winning, independent, sustainable distillery in Haggerston founded by Carmen O’Neal (aka @cocktail.carmen). As well as being a Saturday Kitchen regular, Carmen is making waves in the industry as a cocktail and spirits expert, whilst championing sustainability. 58 and CO is the UK’s first female founded alcohol brand to be awarded B Corp status. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do - from the solar panels that power our stills to our bottle labels made from discarded grape skins. You’ll find our craft spirits in multiple bars and restaurants across London and the UK. Our House Gin and House Vodka offer a versatile, sustainable solution at scale and our core range showcases the best of British with award-winning classic spirits. We’ve just launched our CO-LAB series - small batch, experimental spirits that repurpose excess or waste produce. The distillery itself is a multi-purpose event space where we run gin tasting, private events and public gin schools. Having spent years of wasted time and effort struggling to find hairdressers and beauty ‘experts’ able to handle her curly Afro hair and brown skin, FroHub founder Rahel Tesfai realised that her demographic was not being catered for on the High Street nor online. As I’m sure many of you can testify to, this struggle was both real, painful, and all-consuming! So in 2019 Rahel started FroHub as an online Community which she initially hoped would result in the better transfer of information. As more effort, thought, and love was poured into what was initially her side hustle, the idea of an online platform, or hub, for all things black hair and beauty started to crystallise. And this is where FroHub has got to in 2024; the creation of this beautiful, easy-to-use, online destination which has become the largest Afro hair and beauty booking platform in the UK.
