About Shipping & Order Updates

Are duties & taxes included in my order price?

For all international orders (where applicable), duties, fees, taxes, and shipping will be calculated and paid upfront at checkout. This is the total landed cost, ensuring your order is delivered directly to your door with no additional costs from your local customs. Customers will not need to make any further payments upon delivery.

Where do you ship from? 

We have localised shipping from the UK, and Australia.
Please head to your local site to take advantage of the best shipping rates and times for your shipping destination.

Do you require a Signature on delivery?

Some delivery services may require a signature on delivery. Many delivery services are now operating a contactless delivery service.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service.

How do I cancel or update my order?

Please email hello@screampretty.com and we can handle this for you! Try to email us before 1pm GMT so we can ensure that it is changed before we ship your order out. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot make changes to it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, email  hello@screampretty.com

If your delivery has been delayed (7 days UK Standard Shipping / 21 Days International Standard Shipping) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package as much possible.  

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost. – delete as appropriate

For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’re offering an extended returns policy for the festive season. Between 1st October 2025 and 15th January 2026, we will accept returns of any unworn item in their original packaging. Items can be exchanged or receive a full refund (excluding any Sample/Outlet Sale items).
Outside of this period our standard returns period of 28 days applies

How do I submit a Return?

We now use self serve returns. Simply submit product return requests directly from your Shopify store account. We'll then approve or decline the request and email shipping instructions. You can log-in using this link

You can also notify Scream Pretty via email hello@screampretty.com  if you wish to return your order. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition. Upon receiving your order, you have 28 days to notify us regarding cancelling the order and receive a refund or exchange the item, excluding postage fees

Wrong product sent or damaged goods?

In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product please contact us at hello@screampretty.com so we can send out replacement items as soon as possible. We'll also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original postage, including any express delivery costs.

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about any product (except engraved items or items purchased in our sample sales) simply return your item(s) in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Please note that we do not pay for the return delivery charge. Please note we cannot be held responsible for returned items that may go missing in the post.

Once your return is received, a refund for the full cost of the items will be provided within a maximum of 7 working days.

Express delivery services can't be refunded unless delivery is delayed.

You cannot return e-gift cards bought on this site.
