Arrived damaged

Unfortunately, the clasp is broken rending the earring completely unwearable as it it just comes open at the hinge at the bottom and won't stay in. The box arrived in perfect condition so I don't think the damage happened during shipping, and must have been put in the box like that. Really disappointing and will be returning them.
