Free UK Delivery
We offer a free UK standard first class delivery service for all retail orders. We use Royal Mail for this delivery service within the UK, sometimes your package may require a signature on delivery.
For more information about Royal Mail postal services please see www.royalmail.com please use Royal Mail’s track and trace service, to track your overseas delivery. Overseas tracking numbers are sent out with your dispatch email.
We will always aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by Royal Mail and commence from dispatch date.
Standard Overseas Delivery
All overseas deliveries are tracked. We use the Royal Mail’s ‘International Airsure’ service. For countries where Airsure is not available we use the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service. This service requires a signature on delivery.
The Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent using ‘International Airsure’ or ‘Signed For’ services within 3-5 working days, but it can take up to 20 days for delivery to Europe and up to 30 days for the Rest of the World (ROW).
For international orders, Scream Pretty cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance process.
Express Overseas Delivery via DHL Courier
For a fast courier service we use DHL to ship to Europe, USA and Canada in 1-3 days fully tracked £11, and to Australia, China and the Rest of the World in 2-4 days fully tracked for £19.
Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for UK Royal Mail and 21 days for International Airmail since dispatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over our minimum order value (see Trade T&Cs). Overseas trade customers will be invoiced for their shipping, at cost, once the order is weighed and shipping costs established. International trade customers will be liable for all customs and import duties.
Changed your mind?
No problem. You have 28 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
Once accepted, a refund will be provided within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for earrings (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons, or any engraved products (this is clearly stated on all product pages for engraved items)
Wrong product sent/faulty goods?
In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform us as soon as possible and we shall send the correct goods immediately once notified. We shall also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once we have received back the faulty item.
Royal Mail guaranteed delivery returns
Occasionally Royal Mail 'Guaranteed Next Day' delivery is not delivered on time. If this happens you have the right to return your product or keep it. If you keep it we will refund you the additional postage costs, if you decide to return your item we will refund all costs and return postage costs up to our standard delivery charge of £1.95.
