European Delivery – For all orders under €150 to within the EU, there are no additional duties or taxes to pay and your item will be shipped direct to your shipping address. Orders above €150 or to countries not in the EU may require additional taxes and duties to be paid on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: We will always aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times you may experience a slight delay in dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date. We do not dispatch on weekends or National holidays.

Are duties and taxes included in my order price?
Please be aware that some international orders may be liable to import taxes, duties, and custom charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charges once the package has been shipped from our UK studio.

We have localised shipping from the UK, and Australia.

Do you require a Signature on delivery?
Some delivery services may require a signature on delivery. Many delivery services are now operating a contactless delivery service.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service.

How do I cancel or update my order?
Please email and we can handle this for you! Try to email us before 1pm GMT so we can insure that it is changed before we ship your order out. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot make changes to it.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, email

If your delivery has been delayed (7 days UK Standard Shipping / 21 Days International Standard Shipping) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package as much possible.  

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items as being lost. – delete as appropriate

For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.

Returns & Refund Policy

For a little peace of mind this Christmas, we have extended our usual 28 days returns policy. From 12th November 2023 items bought online will be eligible for return until 31st January 2024.

We now use self serve returns. Simply submit product return requests directly from your Shopify store account. We'll then approve or decline the request and email shipping instructions. You can log-in using this link

You can also notify Scream Pretty via email if you wish to return your order. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition. Upon receiving your order, you have 28 days to notify us regarding cancelling the order and receive a refund or exchange the item, excluding postage fees.

Once received, a refund for the full costs of the goods will be provided within a maximum of 7 working days.

Express delivery services can't be refunded unless delivery is delayed.

You cannot return e-gift cards bought on this site

Wrong product sent/Faulty goods?
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we shall send the correct goods immediately. We'll also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original postage, any express delivery costs.

Our 1 Year Warranty
We are proud of the quality of our jewellery. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your product without question if your jewellery is affected by faulty workmanship. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

This warranty does not cover lost items, natural tarnishing, or scratches associated with normal wear and tear (for example a bent or dented ring or snapped chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product carried out by a third party outside of Scream Pretty.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of will not be covered under this warranty. In this instance please reach out to the company or store that the items were originally purchased from.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Returns
Occasionally Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery is not delivered on time. If this happens you have the right to return your product. If you keep it, we'll refund you the additional postage costs. If you decide to return your item we will refund all costs and return postage costs up to our standard delivery charge of £1.95.
