£500 Scream Pretty Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Lily Charmed Ltd, trading as Scream Pretty, registered in England and Wales, company number 5688736, [registered address] ("Scream Pretty", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Not open to employees of Lily Charmed Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway. This covers both brands' staff without naming them separately.

3. How to enter
3.1 Enter by subscribing to the Scream Pretty newsletter through the giveaway sign-up form on screampretty.com, either the website pop-up or via social media
3.2 Existing subscribers can enter by submitting their email address through the same form.
3.3 One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be counted once.
3.4 No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
3.5 Entries must be made using the form. Comments, likes, shares or messages on social media do not count as entries.

4. Dates
4.1 The giveaway opens at 2 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026.
4.2 Entries received outside these times will not be counted.

5. The prize
5.1 One winner will receive a [Scream Pretty gift card / single-use discount code] worth £500 to spend on screampretty.com.
5.2 The prize must be redeemed by 23:59 GMT on 20 November 2026. Any value not redeemed by then is forfeited.
5.3 The prize cannot be used with any other discount code or promotion, cannot be exchanged for cash, has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
5.4 The prize is valid on screampretty.com only and cannot be used on marketplaces or for trade orders.
5.5 Standard delivery charges and returns policy apply to orders placed with the prize.

6. Winner selection and notification
6.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 November 2026.
6.2 The winner will be contacted by email on 1 November 2026 and must reply within 48 hours to accept. If we do not hear back, we may draw an alternative winner.
6.3 With the winner's consent, we will announce their first name and county on Instagram. The winner's first name and county are available on request by emailing [hello@screampretty.com] within 30 days of the closing date.

7. Your data
7.1 By entering, you agree to join the Scream Pretty mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and doing so before the draw will not remove your entry.
7.2 Your data will be used in line with our Privacy Policy [link] and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. General
8.1 We may amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside our control make this necessary, and will tell entrants as soon as possible.
8.2 We may disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or appears to be fraudulent, including entries made using automated means or multiple email addresses.
8.3 Our decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
8.4 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other social network.
8.5 Entering the giveaway means you accept these terms.
8.6 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
