Daily Bites was born out of my personal journey to find delicious, health-conscious alternatives to sugary jams. As someone who loves jam but is mindful of my diet, I began making my own sugar-free cherry jam when I couldn't find any suitable options in stores. The demand quickly grew as friends and neighbours requested jars for themselves, and that's how Daily Bites transformed into a business. Today, we also offer gluten-free granola, providing wholesome and tasty options for those who want to enjoy their food without compromising on quality or health. Our female-founded brand is committed to using only the finest ingredients, ensuring that our products are both nutritious and satisfying. We are thrilled to be part of this event and to share our passion for healthy living with you.

Behind the Sweet Freedom brand is a small, passionate team, including original co-founder Deborah Pyner. Sweet Freedom is committed to producing ethical, sustainable, plant-based syrups, spreads and drinks, all lovingly made right here in the UK. They have recently launched a range of functional flavoured sparkling waters, Sweet Freedom FIZZ ™, which use sustainable cocoa juice (part of the crop which usually goes to waste), ensuring natural sweetness and means farmers now get paid for an extra part of their harvest.

‘Having battled with acne from age 17 whilst studying as a skin and beauty therapist, Louise equates the reason for specialising in skin health to that debilitating skin disorder. Over her diverse career in the skin care industry, she recognised the need for bespoke, expert, results driven skin health treatments and aspired to one day be able to put that knowledge into a signature skin care range, Louise Thomas skin care.
Applying our considerable skin care expertise and beauty industry knowledge (over 27 years), we formulate science backed products that help people feel more confident and happier in their skin. Through education and knowledge-sharing, we empower people to understand and take control of their skin health.’
