A cool brand, but they have significant customer service issues they need to address. I never received my order (1 month after shipping) due to customs issues and "improper or missing international paperwork." I tried unsuccessfully to reach out to customer service (through multiple emails as well as several unanswered attempts to connect through their website chat feature) and my numerous inquiries were ignored. I finally connected with the owner through the Whats App number listed on their website. They were very kind, but staff was still not very proactive in tracking down my lost package and addressing my issue. When I reached out again a week later, I was told it was cost prohibitive for them to ship again so they refunded my money. Though I appreciate the refund without me having to go through the hassle of filling a claim with my credit card company, I am still very disappointed that they didn't attempt to fill my order as that seems like a small price to pay to earn customer loyalty on an emerging brand with premium pricing. I totally understand shipping issues happen but feel the company could have been much more proactive in identifying and solving the issue with their shipping company. Cool products with poor customer service will only go so far.
Hi Sandi. We appreciate your comments. Very rarely we miss an email and also our shipping provider, in this case FEDEX sent your order all around the USA. Its a most unfortunate series of events that is exceptionally rare. We always will try and find a solution and in this case a quick refund was the most efficient way of resolving this issue as FEDEX were not being at all proactive. This necklace was exactly what I was looking for, the pendant is beautifully detailed and super cute. My only problem is that the loop on the end of the chain is really tiny so it’s hard to get in the clasp. Otherwise perfect necklace!

Not only is the mix tape necklace gorgeous and high quality (believe me, it’s my third try at owning it!), Scream Pretty’s customer service CAN’T be beat. I’m so impressed with everything about this company. When I got the first necklace it instantly became my favorite. Wore it every day. But I dropped it down a crack in my floorboards. So I ordered another because it’s awesome. Which got stolen from my mailbox. SP responded instantly to my customer service request (on a Sunday) and replaced it immediately. The team at Scream Pretty simply could not have been more helpful, the neckless was exactly what we wanted - we had some issues with Royal Mail, delivery delays due to Christmas post. This was not Scream Pretty’s fault but they stepped up and arranged a next day delivery so we had it in good time we to give the neckless as a present.
